He focuses on his character and is sometimes confident in his behaviour. He gets annoyed when people gossip badly about him.  Tom wanted to be an actor because he wanted to go to the big cities and he loves entertaining people. He wanted to be in the spotlight. He preferred to do musical theatre, even though his parents did not approve.
