Dr.X is the main antagonist and sole creator (father) of Bell. He has plans on destroying the Earth by building an army of recruited super villains, like himself. So far not much is known about Dr. X or of his origins. Currently he has been watching from the sidelines. But it is believed that the connection between himself and the PowerPuff Girls are much more prominent than he is letting on.
