A no nonsesnse ghoul who runs radio FNGS [Friendly neighborhood ghoul sympathizer]. He absolutely hates the brotherhood of steel, the institute , the minuteman, but out of all of them, he hates his family and his brother the most. His brother put him out on his ass fifty years ago because Jackie did too much irradiated psycho and became a ghoul. Jackie tries to extend his lost sense of family and kinship to all the freaks of the wasteland, crispy or not.

So , lovely viewers, I was just wondering if any of you have seen that big ol' hunka metal thats just hanging in the sky over the east coast. It seems the [sarcastic]Illustrious Brotherhood Of Genocide have decided to grace us with thier presence. I say we show them what we're all about, eh? The commonwealth can take care of itself without these glorified military assholes.
