Great audition, but the specific voice that you've chosen for Hijiri doesn't quite fit his character. Also, it is preferred that you don't use reverb effects when auditioning as it somewhat distorts your natural voice and makes it difficult for the listener to come to a decision on whether or not they actually like the voice. However, I'd love to hear your auditions for the other roles as well! You have a great voice and an amazing delivery when it comes to playing a character but your consistency in this specific voice decreases a little because of how low you're speaking (I personally would love if you auditioned for Hikawa. I feel you'd play that part really well. ~Hint Hint~). Other than that, thank you for auditioning!

I'm sorry to say, but I've had to pass up on this audition for 'Jyoji Hijiri'. I've already given my feedback on this audition already so just read it over if you need a recap on why you were not chosen for this role. Again, thank you for auditioning however!

VOCAL RANGE: LOW-MEDIUM

Jyoji is first confused about the events that take place. However, he is determined to find out more similar to Naoki's intentions.

He is surprisingly calm and collected in how he explains his experiences with the situation at hand.

The sides they read from:
  • "You wouldn't normally associate a hospital with the occult, but..."

[read this as you're calmly explaining something to the main character].

  • "False info is pretty common in the occult industry. If it does turn out to be wrong, just laugh it off, okay?"

[Read it in a witty, playful and joking tone but what you've said also has some truth behind it].

  • "My name’s Hijiri. If we ever meet again, let me know what you thought about my article."

[Read it as though you're introducing yourself. To pronounce Hijiri: 'Hee-jee-ree'. This is actually the hardest to pronounce correctly but as long as you pronounce the 'in between' names or 'kana' fluently (flow) without any weird pauses, It'll sound natural enough. Good luck~].
