Black Dragon is sthe result of a failed millitary experiment on genetics. They attempted to alter a human babies genetic makeup resulting in a ferocious Reptile. He grew up in a lab and was used as a military pet. He was eventually recruited into Black Scorpion and named as 3rd in command.

  • (In a angry and Feral voice) "I can't wait to tear the flesh from your skin, and eat your heart."

  • (Same tone) "I will burn this city to its core and eat your bones."

  • (Same tone) "Completely useless. This is why we feast on the weak."
