Minami Ushi, SHSL Cowgirl, apparently.
Minami and her family moved to Japan when she was 12 or 13. Since she was born in america, she sounds different from the rest, but can still speak decent Japanese. She's very excitable, and tries her hardest to be smart, even when she isn't.
Although I'd prefer her to have a Country accent, you can go with whatever. I feel she'd sound like a Southern Akane or Tenko.
"Woo! Let's go, come on!" (Hyper, active, excited)
"Yeah! Girlie is smart. Let's do what she said." (Excited, agreeing?)
"Y'all must be crazy thinkin that we'd actually kill each'otha." (Sassy)
"Oh jeez, are ya kidding me? Fuckin' hell." (Annoyed)
"Okay, so here's the deal. What we're dealin' with here is bigger than what we originally thought." (Understanding, explanatory)
"How the hell did that happen?!" (Confused, sorta pissed)
