Personality(Touko): Touko is intellectually gifted, but never learned or never cared to develop social skills.
Due to her severe persecution complex that originated from the bullying that she had to live through early in life, Touko is highly suspicious of other people, frequently accusing them of thinking bad things about her. She is very blunt with people and rarely trusts others. She expresses her opinions freely and unashamedly.
She has unusually quick tendencies to self-victimize.
(Genocider Syo): Genocide Jack is blood-thirsty and potentially very dangerous, but she is often portrayed as a comic relief. She laughs a lot and sometimes pretends to be serious only to reveal that she's just joking.
Unlike Touko, Genocide Jack is very loud and straight to the point and willing to give anything away.

Background (Touko): She is a romantic novel writer and was severely mistreated as a child resulting in her current insecurities and nervous behavior.
(Genocider Syo): She was created as a result of all the psychological pressure put on Touko. This personality killed several young attractive men.
