Originally the malevolent spirit of a rape victim, her poltergeist-like spirit haunted the Miyazaki Prefecture and killed many people in an effort to seek retribution on the man who raped her, but her spirit was put to rest before she could cause any more damage to innocent people. Since the day of the Skyfall event, her spirit rose again even angrier than before, changing everything people knew about the original legend. There has been a rise in copycat murders mimicking the killing of Eiko contracted in the Miyazaki Prefecture that have now been branching even outside of the area into the bordering prefectures, being the Kagoshima, Ōita, and Kumamoto prefectures. There has been drastically fewer reported sightings of the ghost fueling the idea that the majority who have been caught have been carrying out these copycat murders. Soon after committing the act the murderers themselves, when found, have committed suicide. Medical examiners find that the bodies of these copycat murderers all appear to be covered in random bite marks that looked suspiciously similar to those of a giant centipede's and couldn't be traced to something physical. The only two people who have seen the spirit and survived reported something drastically different in comparison to what was previously thought. These two reported similar experiences spending the whole night pursued by a monster. They both say it started similar to the ghost legend, encountering a woman with bloody stab wounds dressed in white in the middle of the night. Though, when this woman spotted them, she screamed, her arms and neck elongating in a fit of unbridled rage, transforming the ghost's limbs into a three centipede-like appendages. In this terrifying new form, these two very fortunate yet unfortunate survivors had to spend the entire night terrified and exhausted while running away from this monstrous ghost who pursued them until the crack of dawn. Interestingly, the only reason they survived is because they had above average physical shape and athletic ability. When the unnamed Lantern Society Member encounters Eiko, the spirit doesn't notice her at first. However, when she touches her back, she turns around and transforms, leading to the spirit chasing her while the member was riding her bike. She has to exorcise this spirit through unconventional methods while keeping her distance at the same time.

I'd imagine this spirit sounding just like a person, but speaking in a manner that makes her seem like an escaped mental patient. However, when she screams, make her scream sound less human and more like the roar of a monster. Use filters to perfect this effect.
