Cyril Dontos, better known as “Dontosaurus,” looks like he came right out of a black-and-white 1930s gangster film. Stationed back in Sauriasia, he checks in on the Powersaurians and several other teams daily. He has no qualms about flaunting that he's the boss, that what he says goes and that there's absolutely no wiggle room for compromise. While his assignments are designed to benefit humans, many come along with ethical questions, truly being "the end justifying the means". Either way it doesn't matter: The Powersaurians always manage to find ways to botch them.

When off duty, he boasts about being a ladies' man — openly commenting on the attractive features of female saurians while ignoring the discomfort of others. Yet oddly, no one has actually seen him with a woman. He spends most of his free time smoking cigars, sipping martinis, and indulging in mundane hobbies such as jigsaw puzzles and bowling.

I'm looking for a very deep and gravvly voice that represents a non-nonsense mob boss that's smoked way too many cigars in his life. As if his throat is getting scratched every sylable.
