For Commissioner Gordon, we would like someone with a relatively deep voice with an American accent. It doesn't matter once again if you cannot provide for the character. If you have fantastic acting skills we may consider you for the part!
It's what I hate the most about that lunatic, with everyone else, there's some sense of logic, some motive that makes sense.
EVERYONE, WATCH OUT! IT'S THE JOKER! HE'S IN THE ROOM! Joker? Joker... You- you in here...
If you're a good enough detective, you can get some inkling of what their next move might be. But with him, all you can do is react... see who his next target is. God help the man who can think like him.
This was a good take on Gordan. Maybe the voice could be slightly deeper but it's pretty good!
