Zebruh Codakk is an indigo-blooded troll with the Sagimino sign. He is quite flirtatious and claims to be an upstander for lowblood rights, although this can be questionable upon seeing the condition of his servants. He refuses to become aquainted with other highbloods or those who do not accept his views.
I personally imagine him to have a smooth voice in the medium-low voice range for males, but you may depict him however you like or can!
