I really liked your second line - you did a great job with the dynamics. And your power on the third line was great! I could have used some more sarcasm in the first line, though - it almost sounds like she actually means to welcome him in your take. ;) However, your audio quality is an issue here. At the very beginning, I can clearly hear the remnants of a noise removal (and throughout), and as you get louder your mic clips a lot. The clipping can be fixed by lowering the gain during recording, but the amount of noise present in your recording is problematic. Do you have a quieter place to record?
I do have a quieter place to record if you want me to re-record it.
To be blunt, your current audition doesn't have the quality I want for this project. So if you re-record it somewhere quieter (and with my notes!), there's nowhere to go but up. ;) It's your call, of course, and I won't be offended if you don't. ;D
