Rah-kooh Chee-bah

Bio: No one is exactly sure where Raku Chiba started her public speaking career, but she was always great at it. Whether it is at a rally to promote a cause, or to even help prevent a suicide, she is the person that most people turn to. People are always able to get their point across whenever they can get Raku at their spokesperson. She just has a way with her words, and a way with her hidden knife.

Personality: The powerful speaker with a brutal smile. She would rather get people do whatever she wants by talking, but never one to completely do nothing in a physical situation. She is very good with her words, able to trick even some of the smartest ones. She also isn’t above showing off to get her way. Just, don’t anger her, as she shall still smile with her threats that she will give, that she will keep.

Voice: Raku has the strongest female voice of the whole cast. Her talent has allowed her to gain this strong voice due to it being needed. This also means she has the deepest female voice.
