Praetor Vlastomil is one of the 5 members of the count's court. He acts as a magistrate of the city-state of Vesuvius. Vlastomil was a business partner with Lucio, and expects to see Lucio again very soon. He has a red beetle brooch, and an entire room as a dedicated habitat for red beetles. He also has a room full of butterflies, the most pleasant of any of the rooms at his manor. Vlastomil is very keen on worms, having multiple worms and statues of worms in his estate, and is proud of all his worm knowledge calling himself a "worm genius".
He went up to Lucio's room to discuss business together, but found the rooms already in flames. When interrogated years later by you and Nadia, he lies badly and claims he also saw Julian light the fire.
