Kaius Torrero is the director of a secret Deep Web service orginization that specializes in kidnappings, human trafficking, assassinations, and fake identification production. Kaius and his family of crime have become trillionaries with their services. Kaius is a very simple and easy going character who doesn't care about much.  Kaius speaks in a demanding, yet sarcastic tone and has a scratchy voice.
