Delgato is kind of a prick, and definitely knows it. He doesn't have many relationships despite being around longer than most because he can't change. Clawdia is the only one close to him and they have a pretty rocky relationship as it is.
His voice should be low and kind of shady, because he is, though probably not too gravely.
[Coaxing] "Well, you better get back into it, because you have quite the adventure to go on!"
[Dismissive, but kind of joking] "Fine, fine, I thought you would want to have some fun, but I guess I was wrong. "
[Absolutely dramatic] "Oh, the stain of pink comes forth, as boisterous as ever! What is your wisdom?"
