Kit-Cat is a minor character who acts as Clawdia's impulse control. She is sympathetic, but stern. She used to be quite the prankster, but has sadly outgrown that due to a tragic accident.

Having an actual British person would be absolutely wonderful, because both writers are from Texas so we have no idea what kind of slang y'all use and would like to not make fools of ourselves (although we will definitely do that, because we're going to  over-saturate her speech to make sure theres no doubt shes British).
