Cody is a 13 year old male child who is an abusive bully. He is a regular antagonist of sorts seen throughout this season. Physically hurts others and is verbally rude towards other children, especially those who are either physically or mentally challenged/different. When he is around adults, however, he can put on a fake display of innocence.

Really girl, why are you playing with him? He's a retard, a nobody, just trash that is so different. It's not normal how he talks or even acts. I think he loves that Tony kid he hangs around with so much.
