Norman was an NCR ranger at some point in time before he was cast out in disgrace for the rape of several legion prisoners. He wandered the Mojave wastelands and soon left to explore California even further. He worked as a bartender and heard of Dr. Moreau and his transformation into the Master and became obsessed with it. It filled every waking moment of his life before he finally tracked down the Mariposa Military Base. He began to experiment on the FEV by dumping in mongrels and other pests, creating centaurs and other abominations. Eventually, he stumbled across a vault and kidnapped three vault dwellers and in a final experiment, attempted to fuse himself with the dwellers and some other creatures. After about a few weeks he reemerged not at the dark god he wanted to become but as a monster, an unholy abomination of nature. He grew bitter about this and decided he had enough and began to plan how to destroy everything, induce the virus in anyone and anything he can get his hands on in an act of self-loathing and nihilistic intentions. He began to attract followers, fellow outcasts of society who wanted the world to burn; super mutants, ghouls, centaurs, sentient deathclaw, robots, dwarves, slags, and even some humans that have turned their back on their fellow man.

Norman has four distinct voices which he has named Norman, Jane, Laurence, and Stu. Norman's voice is slightly unstable, it cracks sometimes and speeds up and slows down for no reason. The other voices can be anything but wacky, they are people forcibly bonded with Norman, they need to sound in pain but still abiding Norman's will.

Norman will be a secondary antagonist. He isn't the main focus but an impending threat who has the manpower to wipe out the protagonists.

  • My name is Norman, the harbinger of doom, overlord of the unwanted and killer of men. What is yours little insect?

  • Verne. I have heard this name before... The Iron Hunter. Let him pass, for now, he might even do us a favor.

  • *anything that would fit*
