Nicolás is one of the leading characters in Alive. He lives with his mom and his little sister. He is  also the best friend of Jun. Nicolás main role in the series is being more of the brains of the group and keep Jun in check. Especially when Jun goes "gah-gah" over a girl or the latest game that is coming out. You can say that Nicolás is the mature one out of the main seven teens in the group. When he is not with them he is whisk away listening to his music, painting, studying or basically helping out his mother.

Nicolás and his family is Latin american influenced, so he has a accent of a Latin american. When things go out of control and he cannot handle it, he will sometimes speak his mother language.  You do not need to be specific race to act out his role.
