Alex is the Vice President of The Astro City Agency. Alex is very soft spoken and calm whenever he's on the job. But don't let that deceive you. Alex is much more than just a board member. When he's not in charge of the city's most elite agency, he's either trading weapons on the black market or deciding what rival he should kill next.
