Norman is a gentle boy with a soft smile that hides the mind of a brilliant tactician. He's one step ahead of his foes and two steps ahead of his friends. He harbors a crush on Emma but tries to not let that blind him during their escape plans.

Norman is eleven years old and his voice is prepubescent. He should be voiced by a female, but there are male VAs out there who may be able to reach the right range. His seiyuu appears to be Rie Kugimiya, but this is less certain than the other two.
