This bird appears in scene 7. As the terrible script writer I am, scene 7 is where Mei and Misaki go full on Deadpool, and break the 4th wall. The omnipotent bird is, as the name suggests, omnipotent. It watches over Mei and Misaki, as they are the main characters of the story. When Mei breaks the 4th wall, the bird comes flying in and erases their memories before everything gets out of hand. Its voice is that of an adult woman. A mother’s voice. Godly. Her voice will have an added echo, as it is supposed to be a divine being.

    “Mei, I’m gonna need you to stop breaking the 4th wall. You’re ruining the plot.”

    “I don’t have time for this. I’m going to erase your memories of this event.”

    “Bippity boppity boo!”
