Claus is the Ultimate Court Stenographer.  He's generally a very quiet person and will have few lines in the early game, but when he takes over as protagonist he'll have more lines.  He's observant and soft spoken, usually keeping his thoughts to himself.   Will be a love interest to Rosemary later on.
