Will be a love interest to Nathaniel later on.

Cerin is the Ultimate Cult Leader. However, his cult is nothing more than a front for violence and unspeakable acts against him. He gives off a very creepy, unnerving personality but is extremely fragile underneath that persona. His voice is intentionally shaky at times and he has a naturally creepy chuckle.

Dulce is the Ultimate Tutor. She's a very kindly, big-sister like figure with a big heart. She can get firm and assertive, but it's typically very easy to clam her down. Extremely friendly. She doesn't need an accent, but it'd be better off if she did, since she spent the majority of her life in Mexico.

She doesn't need a French accent, but it'd probably work better considering she lived in... France.

Monokuma has a weird, squeaky, high pitched and annoying as hell voice. He also sounds really sadistic. There's no good way to describe him, so I'd suggest listening to some voice samples online.
