Character Bio, Fuji Akari - (Foo-Jee Ah-Car-Ee)

Fuji Akari  is an incredibly popular young politician who often gets involved in community work, helping out those in poorer areas. His popularity among the locals is sky high, with his ascent to government almost already confirmed. His ability to communicate and reach the hearts of others is almost unparalleled, being able to come to accords with old and young, rich and poor alike.

Fuji is a very hard working and caring individual, often putting the needs of others before his own, and always making sure that every individual can have their say or get what they can to support them. He dislikes those that are selfish, believing that the needs of many should be above your own selfish desires, and can get heated when someone prioritises themselves over others. Fuji can also be seen as somewhat of a conflict resolver, often being the one to step in and stop any fighting, being adept at this from years of helping others in his community.

There are those however, who believe this personality to be a front designed by Fuji, allowing him to get into power, and that the true Fuji is no different from the current regime.

Every inch the ideal politician, Fuji should have a charismatic, medium to medium-low male voice. His platform is that of a conflict resolver and a man of the people, and his voice should reflect that dedication and desire to help others. He hates when people prioritize the individual over the group, and can become quite critical when he believes someone is acting selfishlessly. An important part of Fuji’s voice is being able to toe the line between sounding genuinely caring and typical political double-talk: does he really care about people? Or is it just an act to gain public support? It’s up to the voice actor chosen to keep the audience guessing.
