He is the right hand of the Elvan Queen, and has been sent by her to plant the seeds for her conquest in the Human lands now that Rhuadu is dead. Though with the appearance of Bri—and her unexpected connection with the Chieftan of Gods, his sights have set on her.
Unlike Villadius--who looks on their past friendship with disgust, Ultovin is saddened that the two became enemies. While Ultovin sought a way to heal the rift, Villadius definitively picked a side with his order: the Magnir. Making Villadius in a lot of ways the unsympathetic one.
Voice: Because of his habit of using a spell that involves drowning, his voice is husky and frightening. Doing his appearance no favors. Cold, knowing. Never the cackling villain, he has remorse, and duty. Accented—like Iriklas or Villadius though it should be distinctive.
“The Deep God is my servant and I am his, we draw the blood from your mouth until you pale … and die!” [To his other followers.] “Do not look away, it's important to look upon your sacrifices, even as their blood pools at your feet, and meets the sea.”
[Addressing Villadius] “Do you remember when we used to exchange our scrolls and books? We would finish them ahead of our fellow students. After reading over the ways of our Order. To question every lesson we were given … Do you no longer wish to understand me friend? Are we to be the enemies as our elders taught us to be?"
