He’s been alone most of his life, surrounded by humans who loathed him. Allowing himself to care for others has never ended well. Over the years, he’s convinced himself that he’s happy like this, but once he - much to his chagrin - starts growing closer to the others, he becomes increasingly conflicted between what he wants and what he believes is best for himself and everyone around him.

He’s incredibly snarky, and lacks basic social skills because of his limited experiences with other people. He often comes across as a jerk - often without himself noticing it - and tends to push other people away. But in a life-and-death situation, he’ll always put other people’s lives ahead of his own.

Over the course of the series, he warms to others, and his attitude becomes much less hostile, if still snarky. He does have some quiet, soft moments, though.

His voice is deep, bad boyish. inspired by Dean from Supernatural or Dante from Devil May Cry.
