Tekina Genso is the protagonist of DR13. She is the SHSL Voice Actress, and that's all she can remember.
Tekina (Teh-key-na) is a very optimistic girl. She comforts those falling into despair to the best of her ability, and depending on the situation, she sometimes isn't very helpful. She understand sign language, and has a range of speaking voices.
Feel free to try out her talent.
Tekina would probably sound like Kaede, Ibuki but less loud, or Touko without the stuttering.
