Julius is the crime boss known simply  as "The Caesar". He's calm, collected, manipulative, and completely ruthless. He's nearly entirely self-interested, and the only person he seems to have any true feelings for is Eugene, whom he regards as his brother. Julius is 31 years old.

  • Calm down, dear. It’ll all be fine. Though, if I were you, I wouldn’t sacrifice my dignity begging when simply explaining my situation would do just as well. He’s more soft-hearted and understanding than he seems, and he respects strength in the face of adversity.
