Student council president at Shujin Academy, who partakes in the Phantom Thieves shenanigans after they cross with Kaneshiro. In this portrayal, Makoto is more aloof and oblivious to the culture and mannerisms teenagers her age are clustered in, similar to how she was before her Confidant arc. She’s essentially one of those Facebook Minion moms (and yes the last line here is indeed from one of those).

For Makoto, we are looking for voice talent that matches her soft-spoken yet easily-riled-up higher pitched voice, though other interpretations are welcome.
