I am revoicing this character because he's a relatively minor character but he's voiced by Liam O'Brian. Liam O'Brian voiced a vast amount of characters in Fallout: New Vegas which created a "clone complex" as too many characters had his voice. I'm removing more of his characters from Fallout: New Vegas to add to immersion.

Please note that this character is homosexual but he only has a few lines where he flirts with the Main Character. Overall, I want him to sound like a soldier, someone who represents strength.
