Reason for change:
I am revoicing this character because he's a relatively minor character but he's voiced by Liam O'Brian. Liam actually did a fantastic job with many of the characters in Fallout: New Vegas but I'm trying to revoice all of the smaller roles done by him which are spread throughout all of Fallout: New Vegas to add to immersion.

I want this person to sound like a man of authority, a soldier, power in his voice. He has to show a variety of emotions. He's authoritative when he arrests Keith. He's angry and kills Keith when Keith laughs at him about his wife.
Ideal: Medium to medium low
Accent: North American
Simplifying this but he just has to sound like a badass soldier.
Ok, adding a voice signature. It doesn't have to necessarily sound like these. But it gives you a feel of what I'm looking for.

(arresting someone) Keith! In the name of the NCR, I'm placing you under arrest for illicit gambling and the sale of unlicensed chems.
(disappointed) Dammit, I didn't want you to kill him, just find me some evidence!
(thankful) I'm sure every NCR soldier you've met has said this, but you're a damn hero for saving the President. If there's anything you need, let me know.
Losing Forlorn Hope was a real blow to us - I hope things can be turned around soon.
(anger) YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!! (Right before he kills Keith. Keith taunts Parker about his wife)

This was amazing but your rendition of Halford, which you posted, was phenomenal. I'm casting you for Halford. I'm opening up the Halford role, casting you, sending you a PM with funds and the script. Holy s*** these are so much better than the original videogame actors!
