I am revoicing this character because he's a relatively minor character but he's voiced by Liam O'Brian. Liam actually did a fantastic job with many of the characters in Fallout: New Vegas but I'm trying to revoice all of the smaller roles done by him which are spread throughout all of Fallout: New Vegas to add to immersion.

I'd like him to sound like a soldier, a man of authority, a commander, a leader.
Will not take a British accent for this role. It must be North American.

Not enough. We've been trying to put a bullet in him for a few weeks. He's strong as a brahmin (Braw-minh) bull, and he's fast.
Cook-Cook, one of the fiends, ambushed her and Ten of Spades. They both managed to escape, but not before Cook-Cook raped her.
But the offer stands. Give me the word, and I'll put my snipers in position. Otherwise, they'll stay inside the fence.
(Sympathy)Corporal Sterling was an NCR ranger until he was captured by the Legion. They tortured him pretty badly.
Voice is much too high-pitched for the role. Has to have more of a baritone tone, someone who could potentially lead an army or a squad of soldiers.

Yeah with all of these roles (on this particular page), feel free to use one voice and tone for the soldiers. There's no need to use a different voice for each role and character because I'm basically looking for soldier-esque sort of voices. So in the end, it's a bunch of soldiers voiced by different people.
