Leo is easygoing, mischievous, upbeat, energetic, funny, flirty and loves to tell jokes constantly, even if they aren't particularly funny. He is usually a troublemaker, as he gets in trouble constantly with Coach Hedge for tampering with his megaphone. Leo is genuinely very intelligent and honest, and cares about his friends and family. (yes I'm getting this off of wikipedia, don't judge me). I don't have any specific voice in mind, so, go nuts!
