Frankie is the 19 year old leader of the Rollers and therefore Connie's sworn enemy. He tries to act like a bit of the tough guy which results in him being a bit cocky. He overcompensates often but he does have great hair.
Frankie is later revealed to identify as gay and to be in a secret relationship with the school jock, Sasha.
(Pissed, Loud) What's their deal? It's a free country.
(Trying to sound nonchalant) Sorry we kicked you out.
(Fired up) We'll give 'em a prom they'll never forget.
