Aves Sorenson is a bald eagle that runs a vegetable cannery. The shipments of cans look like any generic foodstuff, but the contents inside are tainted with an illegal drug known only as "5-Y". He is also known to drink whole bottles of Tabasco sauce, as it's his drink of choice. He even has a flask full of it! Aves' voice sould sound old and quite deep.
Mr. Bushtail, is it? I've been expecting you. Care for some Tabasco?
As you can see, my cannery is top notch, and I treat my workers well. Care for a free sample? It'll literally open your mind!

Not sure if this is what you were looking for and so I literally ran with the idea that he may have been a bit inebriated on all that '5-Y' and tobasco inside him!!
I love all your laughs in between lines. It definitely gives his voice tons of character and makes him sound mismeaningly jolly. You really nailed it!
