Albedo is another Queen Dicloius (Along with Lucy and Mariko *Debatable with Mariko*) that from a far away lands with her people (All women). She has a deep hatred towards humans for their cruel treatment to the diclonius back then. (They was kidnapped, experimented, raped, made them the inability to have children and only having girls. No  boys. Only Queens like Albedo, Mariko and Lucy can reproduce normally) After a big mistake from Naruto, his two younger kids (Who are 12 and 13 at the time) and Rias's second daughter accidentally went to a diclonius village by mistake and had no idea. They was overjoy that their King (Naruto's Son) has appeared in front them. But that was after Ria's daughter was severely injured by the diclonius and scared the children to death. Fearing his son will be taken from him, Albedo makes a deal with Naruto. If he can cure the diclonius ability to have children normally. Then they will stop pursuing his son...and maybe....his grandson as well. 

Director's Note: Albedo is a character that sometimes speaks to other characters with titles. Of course she really distrust human (She won't acknowledge their name and only address them as human when talking to a human* Her voice should be  warrior like, but with elegance and proper like a Queen she is.  She does has her moments that she is a anti-villain/hero at times.
