The head of the resort in Azure Town and “mother” of William. She was formerly an executioner and is regretful of that past. She carries a whip with her in order to punish any wrongdoers at the resort. She acts tough and strong, but in reality, she worries and cares deeply for her employees. She hides the fact that William is a dragon because she fears people will attempt to hunt him for their own gain.
