Toby is a child who lives in the orphanage where Victoria works. (He and his dog Dash are added as child friendly characters, used to add comic relief). He is a cockney child who is often very sarcastic and bold to both children and adults alike.
Sorry boy, some of the brats in here claim to have an allergy. But between you and me, I’m gettin’ pretty allergic to certain people in here myself.
The king’s word indeed. I’ll be happy when your bum of a hubby knocks the madman off his gilded throne and locks him up for good.
I don’t remember much about my parents. They died in the risings, they did.
