Levir is Dragun's right-hand man and combat commander of the Raikon Fleet. He has been loyal to his superior for many years, so much so that he will fight for him till his very last breath.

Levir's voice has to be deep, growly and aggressive (And no, not Dr. Claw level of growly and deep either). I won't settle for anything less. Be sure you're comfortable with yelling a little, as he tends to do so when he becomes aggravated.
