Stacey is Max's ex-girlfriend. She's somewhat bossy and whiny. She nags Max about his refusal to get a more reliable job, but only because she worries and cares about him. She wants to mend her strained friendship with him, but isn't sure how to do so. In a way, she's a lot like a worried mother type of character.
Third time casting for this role. If the previous actress comes back, this will be closed promptly.
(nervously laughing, scolding her cat) Bad, Mittens. You scared me half to death!
(sarcastic, to Max) [You're p]erfectly healthy? How many times have you talked to yourself in the past twenty-four hours? I mean, like, really had a conversation with yourself, aloud? If the answer is anything higher than zero, then I’d argue that you’re far from healthy, bud.
(sincere) You know, I've missed you, Max. We don't hang out as much as we used to. That sucks, because you're my best friend. I know I'm annoying sometimes, (at this point her voice starts to crack from emotion) and that I have a tendency to want what's best for my friends a little bit too aggressively, but . . .
