Rogar Klonat has strong values of friendship, kindness and communication. He tries his very hardest to minimize conflict between the other students and genuinely wishes the best for them. This act of caring is at times taken a bit to far as he at times makes looking around the school a bit more difficult in order for the student's skills to stay sharp if he were to bite the dust,
Rogar has a sort of medium-high to medium male pitch. Bright, friendly, and highly-valuing friendship, he should sound somewhat like a reliable big brother type of character. He does have a mischievous, lying side to him that arises sometimes if he feels it is necessary, however, so keep these personality changes natural and not jarring is important.
