Amiyah michaels is the mother of Trey, she plays more of a supporting role rather than a major character. Amiyah is a fourty eight  year old woman who has been working in the federal law for at least twelve years. She was assigned to be on a case to stop a drug, human and animal trafficking that is said to be taking place in Brindletown bay, thus is the reason why Her and her now only son, Trey had to get up and leave everything thing behind. Amiyah is a caring and kind mother, she loves Trey to death and wishes for his safety.  There are lot of things Amiyah is paranoid with Trey about and most of the time she would shown as being a little too over protective over her son.

This is the case because she is still grieving over for the lost over her elder son. Amiyah wishes to be strong for Trey and she will not present herself as breaking down in front of Trey, even though Trey begs his mother to open up her elder's son file case. She refuses, and is trying to move on in life.
