Plastic Man is a former thief and small-time criminal who has the powers to stretch his body and can bend his body into any imaginable shapes. For most of the series, he is in the form of an egg, however, he has a speaking role in the final issue.

I'd like Plastic Man to have a medium to medium-high voice. He should sound a bit weak from his time spent as the Plastic Man Egg.
