Sakura is Ichigo's mom. I like to think of her as Sanae from Clannad. So I picture her with a deeper mature voice who can be childish. 

[The first line: She is trying to stop Ichigo from leaving the house in a hurry without breakfast.]

[The second line: She is talking about Ichigo and why she's so tired.]

[The third line: She is fawning over her husband.]
