Deep Blue is the main antagonist of Tokyo Mew Mew. Throughout the series, he is depicted as a blue shining ball. He is said to be too weak to manifest in his physical form. We don't see that form until the very end of the series where is identity is revealed, leaving Ichigo and the others quite shocked. Deep Blue is after the planet Earth after his home planet was destroyed years ago. He hates how the planet is being treated and how the humans just disregard the gift they have. It is said to believe that he was sent to the planet years before the other three aliens. For this character, I need a very deep voice. When in his light form he will have voice effects (not too much just slightly) so his voice will sound like he's muffled or underwater.
[In all of the lines: He is expressing is immense hatred for the humans and what they are doing to the planet.]
For 56 million years, its been crowded with these lower life forms...
Kisshu, our planet and the earth... with all these species of animals.... must be brought to submission quickly.
I cannot forgive the species known as humans... who soil this planet and think they are the owner of it and now they are going against us... Destroy them immediately.
