Pronounced Kah-goo-rah shi-rah-ee-shi

Kagura is a very excitable girl, she has unlimited energy and is almost always moving, She tends not to think before she acts and lets her emotions control her greatly, she also has a pretty short attention span and loses interest in stuff quickly. She wants everyone to be happy, and has a tenancy to blank out the bad stuff in order to achieve this, she's always optimistic. She's one of the protagonists close friends, and although she isn't great with class trials she provides the emotional support. Kagura grew up in the cold north, where her parent often went ice fishing on weekends. Kagura learnt to skate at a young age so that she could go out on the ice with them, and her unlimited energy gave her a love of spinning and jumping on the Ice.

Kagura has a higher pitched, very emotive voice. If I had to compare it to a DR character, i would say she sounds a bit like Ibuki
