Keiichiro was the lab assistant of Ryo's father. He is now the brains behind the Mew Project. He is not flirtatious, but that doesn't mean that isn't sweetly suave. Multiple girls throughout the series seem to fall for his good looks and natural charm, he however is still in love with one woman. He still celebrates her birthday every year out of respect and love for her. For him, I need a medium-low voice. You need to be able to pull of suave and charming, as well as, professional and mature.

[The first line: He enters and tries to calm Ichigo down. He assures her they are not there to hurt her and will make sure Masaya gets home safe.]

[The second line: He's telling her about the Cafe, and reassures her again that they got Masaya got home safely.]

[The third time:  He is coercing her to try on the uniform.]
