Katame is an old Weasel who is a proud military general for The Rage and dreams of enslaving Flower Hill's population. Eventually, he teams up with the three survivors of the fleet, Mulmangcho, Mulsajo, and Yelipalip in his attempts to help out The Rage as a loyal servant.
This weasel should sound more like an aging war veteran with hints of a rasp and gravel in his voice, obviously not one of the younger characters. From age and body type, Katame should most likely settle at medium to deep while the auditioner should be able to transition from a friendly neighbor to a cheating scumbag while in his voice for a lot of his scenes.
(In his talks with Geumsaegi, he begins to debate over the little Commandment and the Emperor) It's not that we don't believe that Emperor Jirochito is interested in Flower Hill, but his recent actions contradict what you say!
